IKE IS SO SELFISH

So it looks like good ole' Ike has decided to come to town after all. Yesterday I wrote of my concerns about hurricane Ike, and was worried that he might prevent Cody and I from traveling to Austin for an awesome wedding party Cody's mom was throwing us. Unfortunately we had to cancel the party because of all the Ike uncertainty. I guess it was the safest idea, but man was I bummed. On a different note about Ike, we need to keep praying that those who live on the coast and evacuated will be able to return home to an entact house. I can't imagine how that would feel returning home having no idea how your property weathered the storm. I was particularily worried about my cousin Jamie who lives in Clear Lake. She has been working so hard to get her soon to be baby boy's nursury finished and had to take everything apart! So sad! Hopefully everything will be okay when she gets home too. That's all for now I suppose. Everybody stay safe!
