They are slightly out of order but are of my WONDERFUL wedding shower given by First Colony, our AMAZING visit with Annie and Monica (for those of you who do not know, Monica was my youth group intern while I was in high school, and lived with my family for a period of time), and a couple photos from Halloween.
Cody showed up at the end of the shower to help load the car and hang out with the family, but was in time to get to open a couple of gifts. This is us admiring the homemade cookbook my Aunt Cherly made for us. She called it "Girod Gormets" and I cannot wait to use it! Thanks Aunt Cheryl!
We also got a really pretty framed photo of of Cody and I with Kayla and Lance on our engagement night.
Monica spoke a blessing over mine and Cody's marriage, and it was so very sweet. I was totally surprised, and had NO idea she was speaking. My sister also said some very sweet, and HILRIOUS things. She gave me a list of things to expect that I would not be expecting, and said some very sweet things about Cody and I. LOVE HER!

you were a sexy little kitten, nug! the shower looked awesome. my mom said it was grrrreat. i so wish i could have been there :( glad you got lots of good stuff... i'll be in the shoog in a couple of weeks and i'll be personally delivering your shower gift and getting to see you for a bit! miss you and love you, nugling!
What a fun fun time we had. Earlier today I was wishing we could all hang out again. There were lots more things I wanted to ask you about. Maybe next time?? We will have to make it sooner then later. Annie sure enjoyed her time with you guys too. It was special for me to see you guys with her! So bummed I didn't get to meet Cody. We had to leave when we did. Little A. was sound asleep pretty quick into the trip home. Love love love you!!!!
aghhh! I loooved the update... i miss you my love... i know you are busy, but drop me a line sometime.. i'd want to know your life...i cant WAIT til wedding time... I need to catch up with duties, so i am ALL YOURS when i get there bride-to be!! love you!
