So my good friend Lauren referred to these pictures as a "freak convention." She might be right. When this group of girls get together we always have a lot of "FUN" and act exactly like we did freshman year of college. I wouldn't consider this a bad thing. We have to be mature responsible adult for the majority of our lives now, so it is beyond a blast when we get together!
I LOVE this group of friends because I know we will keep having reunions our entire life. These are not girls who will eventually flake out as the years go on. We always have 100% attendance!
Friday night of our fun filled weekend was spend at the Simmons wonderful new lake house in Horse Shoe Bay. They have an amazing new home, and were nice enough to allow us to crash the place. Above you will see one of the exciting bachelorette activities. What is a party without a dance competition?

Saturday night we stayed at a great hotel downtown to have Kara's lingerie shower, then hit the town with these lovely masks!
Cool sunglasses. They are apparently signature rapper glasses, however, I know if I attempt to say the rapper I will spell it wrong or get the name wrong. I struggle with pop culture. It's a shame.
HEEEEY!Overall it was an amazing weekend! Kayla was able to come into town which is always a plus! Lubbock is so very far away, so any chance she gets to get to Austins is soooo much fun! She came into town early as we were able to go out to breakfast and spend time together before the weekend festivities began. I miss my sister :(
The count down is now on for May 22. Like I said, this group of girls never opt out for fun, and we have out now 3rd annual "Float the River Trip" coming up memorial day weekend.
